Although finding work has been a struggle, I am not prepared to give up as I strongly believe if I try hard enough I will get to where I want to be eventually. Profile: My name is Hannes Doornaert, I was born in Belgium and have just graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Graphic Design and Video Production. Throughout my life I have lived in different countries such as the United States and China before coming to England. I believe that I am very hard working, enjoy working with others, and take pride in the fact that I am a perfectionist at times who always tries to achieve the best possible results. I am currently looking for a job to gain valuable work experience, climb the career ladder, work alongside others who have similar interests as myself and at the same time learn from more experienced professionals. Profile: Helpful. Hardworking. Happy. I think these words best describe me and I think these attributes are very important for working in this industry. Often the hours are long and the work tedious. It is important to remain upbeat and happy so that you keep the moral of the team up to achieved the desired outcome. A runner needs to be helpful, doing what is asked of them and helping the team with whatever they need. The job often involves hard-work. Being on your feet all day, running around, and multi-tasking to tight deadlines.

Profile: I am a keen worker that will quickly adapt to a new environment. I am not fussy on a position. I work well in a team or as a team leader and I excel at keeping targets and achieving deadlines on time. I am also a perfectionist and nothing but my highest standard will do. I recently spent 8 months living, working, and backpacking around Australia. This experience taught me how to be independent, outgoing, and adapt to many different environments and work with many people from different cultures around the world. I worked in many different places; from restaurants and shops, to cattle farms, bush camps, and even equestrian centres with the Olympic team members. I also compete with my horses at county level - so i am naturally a very competative person!

I am very practical person and like to get hands on. When working on a project, I crack on with the immediate task while thinking ahead to the next stage so as to try and maximize the efficiency and organize the various assets effectively. I have no problem in being given jobs to do, no matter how supposedly small, as if they help with the smooth running/safely/moral of the production then its worth doing. I enjoy meeting new people and am a very sociable person. While all of this description of myself is like a list of what qualities i think i have, i do not enjoy writing about myself in this way as I\'m fairly modest in real life but recognize that this is a necessary part of the industry process. If you meet me then hopefully after getting to know me then you\'d agree with some of the above.
