Profile: I am very passionate about music production and audio systems. I enjoy working on projects individually and as part of group and look forward to working with people who are as enthusiastic as me. I enjoy working towards deadlines and in particularly stressful situations. Profile: I have recently completed a media production degree at the University of Lincoln. I am interested in all areas of film production, however I am mainly interested in more technical areas such as post production and am extremely keen to put my skills to use doing any sort of work in this area. Presently I am applying for positions in the media industry trying to get my foot in the door. I am looking for positions such as a logger or runner or anything that may be available. I have a wide range of experience using software that is relevant to post production, specifically Final Cut Pro & Adobe Premier Pro. In addition to this I am a capable user of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. I have also used DVD Studio Pro to author DVD’s with interactive menus for multiple video projects. I also have previous office experience, I have spent a number of years temping before and during time spent at university and therefore I am familiar with the workings of an office environment. I am familiar with both Apple Mac and PC operating systems. As a final university project I edited, co-directed and co-wrote a university sketch show pilot that was nominated for and won a Midlands Royal Television Society Award for best undergraduate entertainment the pilot has since gone on to win a national RTS Award in the same category. While at university my practical work has produced consistent first level grades and I graduated with a 2:1 degree. With each project I have tried to take my skills to the next level and push myself to learn new techniques. I feel I am an individual who has a proven track record for not only reaching a high standard where work is considered but has consistently proved worthy of further recognition. I try to push myself in all aspects of life and tackle problems with an open mind and a unique perspective while also trying to pull on my experience and knowledge. A final few things about myself: *I have a strong interest in both writing and performing comedy; in my spare time I have produced a number of sketches as part of a two-man comedy group. We hope to take a performance to this years Edinburgh festival. *I have my own Final Cut editing suite; I am constantly using this asset to improve my skills as an editor. I hope to soon take the Final Cut certification exam. *In the past I have performed on stage in many different plays. Locations have ranged from Sutton Park festival to the Birmingham Fringe Festival. *As part of drama course I undertook, taking A/S Level dance was a requirement. Although I had no previous dance experience I gained the third highest mark in the year for the final practical assessment. *I love to read and as a consequence now have a strong interest in creative writing. As well as maintaining a blog since 2003 I am also writing a novel. *My first short film ‘A Superheroes Day Off’ was screened at the Electric Cinema in Birmingham, the countries oldest cinema.

Profile: I am used to working with crews and enjoy it, and am also used to working overtime and being patient! I'm enthusiastic, I like to make working as much fun as possible and I am not a girly girl- I may not be Mr Universe strong physically but I'm not shy and can use my own initiative. Profile: I am a very sociable person who loves to learn. I have, from a young age been involved with the music/performing arts communities in my local area and school/university. I can play the flute and have an eclectic taste in both music and film. I go to the gym twice a week and also love swimming. Genealogy and quizzes feature reguarly in my interests.

Profile: I am a young, experienced editor/director/writer recently returned from a documentary editing position in Australia, looking for media work back in London. I am extremely passionate towards the medium of film, documentary and music video, seeing it as the most free and powerful art forms and modes of communication in the present day. My enthusiasm towards my and others work permeates every project I am involved with. Always willing and able to learn, and keen to incorporate or pass on my own skills and knowledge. I have worked on a variety of projects, giving me experience in a wide range of visual and thematic styles. I am hard working, conscientious and an accommodating employee or member of any team. Having worked in a number of roles, including director, in sound, post-production and in the camera department, I also hold it to my credit to be able to work well and efficiently with other members of a production team. I have much professional experience on Avid, Final Cut Pro, Media 100, and Mac and PC use in general. My experience stretches from short films (both drama and comedy), music video, adverts, documentary, video art installations, online virals and corporate promotions. Profile: I have production and post-production running experience and I\\\'m now looking to take the step from short films into features with an eye on eventually becoming an AD. I\\\'m hard-working and love getting my hands dirty on any size job. You\\\'ll never find me sitting waiting for someone to give me work - I\\\'m the first in line to make the coffee, go on the sandwich run, move that bit of kit or drive that van for you. As a 1st AD, I try hard to keep the set happy and upbeat, to keep the crew motivated and enjoying themselves and the director\\\'s blood pressure down.

Profile: In the duration of my gap year, I worked full time at a sixth form college as a Media Technician. This requires me to assist A Level students with their A-Level Projects when using cameras, editing systems and other equipment. From this I also gained a good knowledge of using programs such as Final Cut Pro HD, DVD Studio pro, Live Type, Media 100, etc. I also worked in the same establishment again to assist students in their art classes, and as a support assistant during a summer performing arts program for newly starting year 7's. I am also computer literate when using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I am a well-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual who will always work to achieve my best. My past job working in retail have further developed my communication and interpersonal skills and provided me with the opportunity to work with a range of people. My role involved having responsibilities for sales, customer services, financial transactions and dealing with customer enquires. I am currently in my second year studying Media Practice and Theory at The University of Sussex. My main focuses have been Documentary Video and Photography. From this course I have discovered how to use the software Avid and Adobe Photoshop. I've also learnt how to use video recording equipment and lighting to a professional standard. I am hoping after I have graduated, my creativity and strong interpersonal abilities will be attractive to a wide range of employers, hopefully leading along the pathway to a successful profession.
